Pricing Breakdown

• Base Fee: Starts at $250 per itinerary, which covers up to 5 hours of work. This is typically sufficient for a 10-day trip to one destination for up to 4 people on the same schedule.

• Additional Time: If your request exceeds 5 hours—or involves multi-city routes, extended stays, groups, or last-minute bookings—we will notify you in advance. Additional time is billed at $50/hour.
